Please keep in mind this isn't Amazon, meaning I very much appreciate your patience. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2-3 days and are then shipped via USPS Ground Advantage 2-5 Days.

CAN I GET FREE SHIPPING?

Free shipping is available on all orders of $75.00 or more. Under $75 carries a flat rate of $6 per order. 

DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

We do not. All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Sorry, shipping is currently only provided within the continental U.S.

MY SHIPPING HAS ADDRESS CHANGED

If your shipping address has changed (or if you believe there is an error in you shipping address) please notify me and I'll update your shipping info. Also note that once an item has shipped I cannot change the shipping address.

MY SIZE IS SOLD OUT. WHEN WILL IT BE AVAILABLE?

Sometimes items do run out of stock and when this occurs they are reordered within a day or two. 

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

While I promise to do everything I can to assure you’re completely satisfied with your order, if for any reason you’re not simply return your unwashed item within 10 days of receiving.

Items can be returned for the same item in a different size, for store credit or refunded to the original purchasing payment method.

Note: While I do hope to one day cover them, at this point and time I kindly ask that you be responsible for any return costs. If however, you enjoy your Keeep It Up tees as much as I'm sure you will and over time wear out one of your favorites to the point of no return, return it anyway. I’ll be happy to replace it with a similar selection of your choosing at no cost.

All clearance merchandise sales are final and cannot be returned.
